Street Art Interacts With the Street

Street artist Levalet uses  public space as his canvas.  The artist’s wheat paste images interacts with the city of Paris.  You can find his work on walls, on the street and in galleries, scattered throughout Paris, France.His life size subjects lean, sit, and lie down on the surfaces they are pasted on.  He even incorporates everyday objects such as books and umbrellas to further bring his work to life.

The Tallest Cake in Africa

The Tallest cake in Africa was unveiled today at Silverbird Galleria In Lagos Nigeria made by Jemide Tosan. A lot of us thought it was a joke when the idea /project was announced,but Tosan managed to do it. The Cake is also really impressive,take a look:

Incredible Waterfall Restaurant at the Villa Escudero in the Phillipines!!!

Here is a new post for my Travel category.The Villa Escudero Resort of San Pablo City in the Philippines offers a one of a kind experience for guests to get  close to a  waterfall while enjoying their lunch! The entire villa is in fact a historical plantation surrounded by mountains and coconut trees.The restaurant sits at the foot of the Labasin Falls where guests can enjoy local cuisine at handmade bamboo tables while clear spring water runs over their feet. Isn’t this just Awesome?

60 diners get sick after eating at the world’s best restaurant

More than 60 diners who ate at a restaurant commonly thought to be the best in the world have been struck ill.

The restaurant is known for relying on fresh and locally sourced products.It currently holds two Michelin stars, and has been named the best restaurant in the world three times.

The set menu at the restaurant costs 1,500 kroner (£175), with matching wines at 1,000 kroner (£115).

The embarrassing incident is reminiscent of a similar outbreak at the Fat Duck in Bray, where 240 diners fell ill in 2009.Customers at Danish restaurant Noma, in Copenhagen, were apparently infected with norovirus during their £290-a-head meals.

It is believed that the virus started when a restaurant employee came in to work while sick.The official investigation found that Noma did not disinfect the kitchen in good time to stop the bug spreading.

It also criticized the restaurant for not allowing workers to wash their hands with hot water, which is more effective at killing germs.Food officials have ordered Noma to tighten up its hygiene procedures in future.
